Simplifying Navigation
One of Virtana’s core legacy products, VirtualWisdom (VW), provided key data users needed but they struggled to find what they need. I collaborated with engineering to prototype a solution that better aligned with customer’s mental models and paved the way for broader improvements customers loved.
Product-Integrated Rebrand
Partnered with marketing through research phases and brought visual designers from my team into the project to contribute concepts. Once the brand was finalized, I worked closely with PM and engineering to prioritize and implement the new brand in the product.
Reducing time to upgrade
Performed a heuristic evaluation and reduced the time to upgrade from 36 minutes to 6 minutes.
